Men’s Basketball Team Starts Hot in January with Three Straight Wins

The Men’s Basketball Team entered 2026 with a fiery start. The Bobcats are currently on a 3-game winning streak to start the latter half of the season. On January 2, PHSC took on Florida College JV with a commanding home victory, winning 114-60. They outperformed the Falcons in a multitude of statistical categories including field goal percentage (68.2%), free throw percentage (85.7%) and rebounds (22) during the contest.

The following game, the Bobcats secured another home win against Bay Area Sports Academy. PHSC beat the Huskies in a 108-71 final.

Lastly, on January 9, PHSC played a rematch with Florida College JV, winning 128-67 and finishing the week with a 6-12 overall record. It marks the fifth win with a 30+ point differential this season.

The Bobcats will now face St. Leo University JV on Tuesday, January 13. The game is scheduled for 6 p.m. EST.

Men’s Baseball Team Honored at Ring Ceremony Including New Banner & Championship Sign

Members of the 2025 NJCAA DII National Championship Team were honored at the PHSC NJCAA DII College World Series Ring Ceremony this past December. Players, coaches and other vital members of the PHSC organization received customized rings. In addition to the exciting rings, PHSC revealed a brand-new championship banner in the gymnasium and new championship sign at Withlacoochee River Electric Co-Op Park, located at left field to commemorate their first national championship title.

Lyndon Coleman Receives ABCA National Coach of The Year Award in Columbus, OH

Lyndon Coleman, Athletic Director, recently received the ABCA National Coach of the Year Award during the 2026 ABCA Convention in Columbus, OH. PHSC Athletics congratulates him on this incredible accomplishment.
