Women's Volleyball
PHSC's Women's Volleyball team traveled to the Chattanooga State Invitational in Tennessee last Thursday, August 29, 2024. The Bobcats lost to Snead State CC (AL) 3-1 and defeated Wallace State CC (AL) 3-0 on Friday. On Saturday, the Bobcats fell to Itawamba CC (3-0) and Chattanooga State CC (TN) 3-2. The team will open Sun Lakes Conference, hosting Indian River State on Wednesday at 6 p.m., Palm Beach State on Friday at 6 p.m. and South Florida State on Saturday at 1 p.m.
Men and Women's Cross Country
The women's cross country team opened their season at the University of Central Florida on Friday by placing second in the JUCO division behind D1 Seminole State College. Freshman Emelyn Lacour (20:41) and Nathalia Mallo (21:11) placed second and third in the 5K race.
The men’s cross country team placed third behind Daytona State and Seminole State College. Jaime Candelaria (16:56) placed fifth overall to lead the Bobcats.
Women's Soccer
This week the women’s soccer team (2-0) will host Eastern Florida State in their home opener on Friday at 4:00 p.m. The game will be played at Wesley Chapel District Park.
