Men’s Basketball
The team opened their season with a convincing 90-68 win over Trinity College last Tuesday. It was a great evening as the Dr. Rao Musunuru and Dr. Timothy Beard cardio and fitness centers were dedicated at half time. The team is now 2-1 on the season after a Thursday loss to St. Petersburg College 85-73 and win over Oxford College of Emory University 82-57. The Bobcats travel to Johnson University in Kissimmee tonight for a 7 p.m. game before returning home to host Hillsborough Community College on Wednesday, November 10, also at 7 p.m.
PHSC hosted two big events over the weekend. Men's baseball held their annual golf tournament and today, at 3 p.m. the team wraps up their fall exhibition season at Southeastern University. The women’s cross country team hosted the Run with Bobcats 5K on Sunday, November 7. The new Mrs. Prameela Musunuru Health and Wellness Trail was dedicated prior to the race start on West Campus in New Port Richey.
