Cross Country
The women and men’s cross-country teams competed in the NJCAA DII National Championship on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at the Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee. The NJCAA DII Region 8 Women's Cross Country champions opened the day placing eighth overall and first among five FCSAA colleges competing in the 5K. Gabby Marshall led the Bobcats with a 29th place finish among 218 runners.
The inaugural men’s team faced warm and humid conditions for their mid-morning 8K race. Coming into the championship ranked fourteenth, the Bobcats were able to move up three spots and finish eleventh. Tom Palamar led the men finishing 59th out of 219 runners.
Both teams return to Tallahassee to compete in the NJCAA Half Marathon Championship on Tuesday, November 15, 2022. The women will start the 13.1-mile race at 10:00 a.m. with the men following at 10:15 a.m. There will be a record number of 254 participants in the race.
Men's Basketball
The men’s basketball team (0-2) host St. Petersburg College on Tuesday, November 15 and Johnson University on Thursday, November 17. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 pm. Come out and watch some exciting NJCAA basketball. Admission is free.
