Men's Basketball
The men’s basketball team will open Sun-Lakes Conference action this week. The Bobcats have won five of their last six games, improving to 6-6 on the season. On Sunday, Omarion Brown scored 23 points to lead PHSC to a 98-88 win over Webber International University JV. Seth Grimshaw dropped in 19 points followed by Jakeese Kemp and Nirobi Peeler with 15 points each. The team will head to Palm Beach State (8-6) for a 7 p.m. tip off to open the conference and then travel to Florida Gateway College on Saturday, January 21, 2023 for a 2 p.m. start. The winner of the conference will host the NJCAA DII Region 8 tournament on March 3-4.
Men’s Baseball
The men's baseball team will host its First Pitch Dinner and induction of Coach Larry Beets into the PHSC Walk of Fame on Saturday at 2 p.m. followed by the Alumni baseball game at 5 p.m. "It is always a great time when our former Conquistador/Bobcats come back and compete on the field," says Steve Winterling, PHSC athletics director.
