Women's Softball

What an exciting week for our women's softball team! They improved to 3-4 on the season after a successful sweep against St. Petersburg College in Clearwater, winning with scores of 5-4 and 2-1 on Saturday. Despite a challenging encounter with fourth-ranked Parkland College earlier in the week, our team showed resilience, particularly in the first game where Jayda Smith pitched a complete game, allowing only five hits. The next challenge awaits as the team gears up to host Daytona State College on Tuesday in a 4 p.m. doubleheader. Let's continue the momentum!

Men's Baseball

In a weekend series against Polk State College, our men's baseball team had its share of ups and downs. Aiden Corn showcased an impressive performance, going 3 for 4 with two doubles in the opener, even though Polk State secured a 4-1 victory on Friday. The team rebounded during the doubleheader at WREC Park on Saturday, winning the first game 3-1 with Luke Dickerson's three-run home run. However, Polk State came back strong, taking the second game 4-1. With a current record of 2-4, the Bobcats are ready for their upcoming challenges, starting with a Tuesday game against State College of Florida before a Friday evening home game against St. Petersburg College. We eagerly anticipate President Dr. Jesse Pisors throwing out the ceremonial first pitch on Friday.

Men's Basketball

In a thrilling and hard-fought game against Palm Beach State College, our men's basketball team gave it their all but ultimately fell short with a final score of 83-76 at the West Campus on Saturday. Despite the loss, Tyson Maxam led the Bobcats with an outstanding performance, contributing 26 points, followed by Xavier Gordon-Somers with 18 points. The team is gearing up for the next two away games before returning home to face Palm Beach again on Wednesday, February 14th. Let's rally and come back stronger!
