Women's Softball
The women’s softball team (1-5) got in the win column by splitting a doubleheader at Daytona State College on Sunday, February 19, 2023. The Bobcats took game one 4-1 and fell in the second game 12-6. The team will be back in action hosting Florida State University Club team on Saturday, February 25 and Western University (Canada) on Sunday. Both doubleheaders will start at 1 p.m.
Men's Baseball
The men’s baseball team (8-6) started the week by defeating Hillsborough Community College 9-3 in Tampa last Monday, February 13 before falling to Florida Southwestern State College 7-6 in Ft. Myers on Friday, February 17. On Saturday, February 18, the Bobcats lost to Florida Southwestern in a doubleheader by scores of 8-5 (8 innings) and 7-2. The team will host Hillsborough Community College Tuesday, February 21 at 4 p.m. before opening Sun-Lakes Conference play on Friday, February 24 against South Florida State College. This will be the first of 30 scheduled conference games.
Men's Basketball
The men’s basketball team (9-13, 0-7) fell to Palm Beach State College 91-84 on Saturday, February 18 as graduating sophomores JaKeese Kemp, Marcellus Thomas and Seth Grimshaw were honored prior to the game. The team will await the result of the Florida Gateway-Palm Beach game to see where the conference tournament will be held. The Bobcats will wrap up their home schedule by hosting Florida Gateway College on Wednesday, February 22 at 7 p.m. On Friday, March 3, the Bobcats will play at third seed.
