Women's Softball
The women’s softball team improved to 7-8 on the season after sweeping St. Petersburg College 4-2 and 5-1 at the West Campus on Friday, February 16. The team bounced back from a road loss to Daytona State College on Tuesday, February 13 after falling 4-2 and 5-1. Sun-Lakes Conference play begins Friday, February 23 as the Bobcats host Florida State at Jacksonville at 5 p.m. before traveling to FSCJ on Saturday for a doubleheader.
Men's Baseball
The men’s baseball team lost two of three games this week falling to State College of Florida 10-5 at WREC Park on Tuesday, February 13 and splitting a doubleheader against visiting Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College on Friday, February 16 . The Bobcats took the first game 7-1 behind the pitching of Michael Savarese and falling in the second game 2-1 as the team recorded only two hits. The team will host Hillsborough Community on Tuesday, February 20 at 2 p.m. before starting conference play at South Florida State College on Friday, February 23. The Bobcats return home to face the Panthers in a Saturday doubleheader at 1 p.m.
Men's Basketball
The men’s basketball team fell to Palm Beach State College 67-52 on Wednesday, February 14 and conference leading Florida State College at Jacksonville 79-66 on Saturday, February 17. Nicholas Pouliot led the Bobcats in both games scoring 10 and 19 points, respectfully. The Bobcats will host Florida Gateway College in the home finale on Wednesday, February 21. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. and we would love to have a big crowd come out and cheer on the team.
