The Bobcats fell in game one 7-4 but came back to take the second game 2-0. Jasmin Fontela pitched a six-hit shutout and Tierra Riley led the hitters going 2 for 3 with a home run and RBI.
"I would also like to recognize our outstanding student-athletes for their community service. The softball, volleyball and basketball teams participated in our roadside clean-up project on Friday," said Steve Winterling, Athletics Director. "The athletic program adopted a one-mile portion of Moon Lake Road three years ago. The volleyball team did an additional clean-up in another area on Saturday. Good luck to our student-athletes as the compete and wrap up their spring classes."
